All Maintenance includes beautification of Erg exterior. I remove and deep clean all accumulated dust from the flywheels. All hardware throughout the machines is checked for tightness. I perform a Firmware Update via the Concept2 Utility to install the latest firmware release. I inspect and replace the shock cord(s) on the RowErg and SkiErg dependent on the machines age, if there is excess fraying, or if the cords are yielding weak return tension on the handle(s). I carefully inspect the handle drive cords on the SkiErg and replace them if beyond the wear limit. Chains are cleaned and oiled on the RowErgs and commonly missing Swivel Bushings are replaced. BikeErgs also receive calibration following firmware update.
Assault Air Bike Maintenance:
All Maintenance includes beautification of Bike exterior. I check all hardware throughout the bike, including but not limited to the pedal crank bolts, pedal to crank, base fixing screws, and seat hardware. I check the chains for any damaged links, adjust the sprockets for proper chain tension, and add fresh chain oil.
Rogue Echo Bike Maintenance:
Maintenance here mirrors the Assault Bike but includes removal of fan shroud to dust the bike’s fan blades. As these bikes are belt drive, I inspect the drive belt for wear and ensure proper belt tension.
Rogue Barbell Maintenance:
Barbell maintenance includes a deep cleaning of the bars knurling. The bars end collars are removed to clean and add fresh lubricant to the end of the bar to restore proper bar-spin.
Keiser M3, M3i Studio Cycle Maintenance:
Keiser Cycle maintenance includes a check of all hardware throughout the bike for tightness. Beautification of the bike’s exterior. Application of Spray Wax Detailer to the bike’s rust prone areas as suggested by the manufacturer. Test ride to ensure shift lever and shift cable are in proper working order and are holding gears properly. Console calibration performed where needed.
